Online yoga classes

  • Mondays, 10 am Eastern/7 am Pacific and 6 pm Eastern/3 pm Pacific

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 am Eastern/6 am Pacific

Unroll your mat at home and get moving. These live, 50-minute Power Vinyasa classes are designed to be inclusive and friendly to most levels of students, with some prior yoga experience encouraged. Follow along to detailed verbal cues, with occasional demo and breakout moments. Variations and choices offered throughout, based on students’ needs—the biggest benefit of live classes versus pre-recorded content.

All online classes held on OmPractice.com. Single class and membership options available.

  • Wednesdays, 5:30 pm Eastern

This 60-minute Power Flow class is designed to get you sweaty, energized, and balanced. Explore your own personal challenge edge with dynamic sequencing, inclusive variations of complex poses, and powerful movement. All levels welcome. Room is heated to approximately 93 degrees, with added humidity.

All in person classes held at Stray Dog Yoga in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Single class, class package, membership options, and ClassPass options available.
